SealFlex FR 400 has been rigorously tested for up to 4 hours of fire resistance, according to ASTM E84 standards. It bonds effectively to masonry, concrete, plasterboard, metal, cable coverings, and rubber sheets, ensuring long-term durability. Its flexibility after curing allows it to accommodate thermal expansion and movement without compromising performance.

We also offer the Fischer Fire Rated Silicone Sealant (FFRS), a premium one-part, silicone-based fire sealant that delivers up to 5 hours of fire resistance for construction joints. Both sealants are ultra-low VOC, meeting Green Building standards for safe and sustainable construction.
