Organix Building System – Products have been used to waterproof the wet areas ( Under the tiled areas ) . The project designed by Holdford Associates and Programme management service provided by Faithful+Gould . The construction was headed by the main contractor ASGC and covers construction of 21 apartment buildings . The wet area waterproofing material or product used was high end product to comply with the project specification . The product was qualified after the on site testing of each properties by ITL prior to the mock-up of the complete waterproofing system with the supervision of OBS tech support team and installed by approved specialized waterproofing contractor .
DryTex PU400 – High Build Polyurethane waterproofing material having high tensile strength and extreme bonding strength to substrate . This elastomeric highly flexible waterproofing product is one of the best liquid applied waterproofing system in the product range and meets ASTM C 836 standard with high solid content and shore hardness . DryTex PU400 liquid applied polyurethane waterproofing product have up to 25 years warranty if applied by an approved applicator . The product withstands extreme temperature variations and adapt all time weather conditions to secure the system by protecting the structure .
