100 % UV STABILIZED GEO FABRIC
Drainage • Filtration • Separation
ULTRAL NG1000 is a non-woven, spun bonded ,polypropylene fabric. ULTRAL NG1000 can be used for drainage, separation, protection and filtration layer for various applications. ULTRAL NG1000 are chemical resistant in all naturally occurring soil alkalis and soil acids. It has been stabilized to resist degradation
due to ultraviolet exposure and is resistant to commonly encountered mildew, insects and chemicals, and is non-biodegradable.
ULTRAL NG1000 Geotextiles are also biologically resistant to bacteria and fungi. All ULTRAL NG1000 rolls are delivered to site in polyethylene wrappers and should remain in these wrappers until it is to be used.
Features
ULTRAL NG1000 major functions are separation, reinforcement, filtration, protection drainage, and their combinations.
- Due to high tensile strength, the material can bear considerable loads and perform reinforcement function at relatively low deformations;
- Local damage does not lead to the material destruction and it continues its performance due to higher elongation
- Universal filtering property due to specific material structure excludes the embedding of soil particles into cells and their bridging, thus providing stability of the material filtering quality under soil pressure and intense vibration;
- High tear and puncture resistance makes simplifies installation considerably;
- UV resistant, produces no by-products, ecologically clean material.
Application
ULTRAL NG1000 Geotextile is suitable for use in a range of applications including residential, industrial estates, swales, sports pitches, car parks, roofs, basements, pedestrian areas Roads, Railways, Retain wall, Drainage system, Bridges, Erosion control, Dams and canals, Tunnels and Landfills and rainwater harvesting.
