THERMO PLAST

THERMOPLAST is a premixed thermal and sound insulation plaster for internal and external use that complies with EN9981-Class T1. It is manufactured from expanded perlite, natural minerals and ordinary Portland cement combined with eco friendly performing additives making it suitable for one coat machine/hand application. It is safe, sound absorbent, non combustable, with extra ordinary thermal insulation on properties. THERMO PLAST is totally inorganic and prevents the growth of mould, fungi and micro organisms.

THERMO PLAST is suitable for application to most internal and external surfaces with good suction such as concrete walls, concrete blocks, clay brick AAC blocks and rus protected rib expanded metal lathing etc. For highly absorbent and very smooth dense surfaces, a grip primer should be used. For surface consisting of materials having widely varying physical properties, approved reinforcement such as fiber glass mesh or galvanized expanded steel mesh are to be used. In all these cases a spatter dash coat is recommended. The surface must be clean, dry and free and other contaminants which may affect the adhesion of the plaster.

The plaster should be stored in dry conditions The shelf life of material by proper storage is approx, 6months.
