SealFlex.BR-96

Synthetic Elastomeric polymer based butter grade caulk sealant with buttery consistency allows it to be easily worked into horizontal and vertical seams, joints, voids on concrete, wood, metal and glass substrates. It is suitable for Internal and external applications, gaps in flashings, around protrusions, and into heavily alligatored areas in weathered built-up substrates. SealFlex BR-96 is ideally suited for sealing gaps, joints, drains and penetrations. This is highly recommended to use for sealing cracks and voids on various substrate to seal before the application of liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It is applied simply from the packing and can be finished neatly using suitable tooling. When cured it will be accommodates thermal and moisture movements. It can be over coated with paints and coatings.

SealFlex BR-96 is designed for use on metal, copper, concrete, wood, asphalt, EPDM and PVC susbtrates. Especially designed for use where elastomeric caulks are required and suitable for extreme temperature ( cold or hot ) conditions.

SealFlex BR-96 has a shelf life of twelve months from date of manufacture when stored in the original unopened container in dry, shaded conditions.
