Façade Safe Coating – Weather & Fire Protection
WAFSHIELD.IB644 is a fluid applied, elastomeric façade protective coating formulated with polymer resin blend which forms a seamless membrane that expands and contracts. WAFSHIELD.IB644 specifically formulated and designed to apply over all types of substrates from concrete, precast concrete, various type of concrete blocks, cement board, stones, metal, plastering and wood as a waterproofing, air, moisture, fire barrier and UV resistant protection. It will not crack, crumble, or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement and retains its elasticity at very low temperatures and in extreme of heat, protecting from water and aggressive atmospheric chemicals.

Application
Can be applied conventionally by brush, roller or spray equipment. It is recommended to apply first coat by brush to obtain optimum adhesion. WAFShield Waterproofing Membrane has excellent high build properties, and can be built up to 2000 micron wet in one application. However from a curing point of view and dependent on weather conditions at the time of application, it is more pertinent to apply and build up the membrane in two or more coats, to allow quicker cure in each stage. Packing :10, 20 Kg and 25 Kg bags
Storage
Store materials between 10°-50°C with careful handling to prevent damage to products. If conditions exceed these ranges, special consideration in storage must be taken. Do not store at high temperatures in direct sunlight. Shelf life under normal conditions in closed container will be 12 months
