Field of Application
CORUST-GUARD HB can be applied on most sound substrates including concrete, wood and metal floors. It will restore deteriorated structure /substrate in to a better than new condition. It is a high build undercoat or sheen finish, widely used for the treatment of steel and concrete structure. It is extremely hard and resistant to friction. It is particularly resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, petroleum products, to some solvents, water, sea water
etc. Uses include steel fabrications and reinforcements, floors, walls and soffits, marine and sewage works, warehouse storage areas, plus industrial factory areas. Anti-corrosion protective coating on steel in heavy duty industries, food processing industries, sewage works, farms, agricultural enterprises, chemical, oil& gas, beverage, marine and other highly exposed industrial and climatical conditions. Typical examples of use are the protection of silos, steel bridges, iron roofs, pipes, fences etc. and will prevent ingress of water vapour during the service life of the structure. Storage
Store under ware house conditions, in the original unopened packs. Shelf life: 12 months under conditions below 45°C.
