Advanced polyurethane anti-corrosion primer
CORUST-GUARD antirust PUZ primer is applied for active anti-corrosive and anti-rust protection of iron and steel surfaces that are to be coated with CORUST-GUARD series products. VOC conforming low, based on zinc urethane technology. The resulting primer is designed to deliver excellent corrosion resistance. It is extremely hard and resistant to friction. It is particularly resistant to acids, alkalis, petroleum products, to some solvents, water, sea water etc. It can even be used as a coating on its own if its reddish brown or grey color is satisfactory. Typical examples of use are the protection of silos, steel bridges, iron roofs, pipes, fences etc

Application
Apply as required for the project requirements with an average thickness of 50-100 micron. This product suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, shop primed steel ,coated surfaces and all type of metal where extreme bonding required with anti corrosion property.

Storage
Store under ware house conditions, in the original unopened packs. Shelf life: 12 months under conditions below 45°C.
