FLOORFORT-Novolac Epoxy Chemical Resistant Epoxy Coating is a 100% solids epoxy Novolac coating ideal for harsh chemical and solvent resistant applications. FLOORFORT- NOVOLAC is used in secondary containment, solvent storage, pump pads,trenches, and other high exposure areas.
FLOORFORT-Novolac Epoxy – Highly Chemical Resistant Epoxy is ideal for use as a protective coating for concrete and steel in the extremely corrosive areas of chemical plants and pulp mills secondary containment areas, water and waste treatment, and gas and electric utilities. FLOORFORT-NOVOLAC is commonly used for floors, walls and structures where extremely heavy chemical resistant performance is required.

Application
FLOORFORT-NOVOLAC can be applied on most sound substrates including concrete, wood and metal floors. It will restore deteriorated structure /substrate in to a better than new condition. It is a high build undercoat or sheen finish , widely used for the treatment of steel and concrete structure. It is extremely hard and resistant to friction. It is particularly resistant to acids, alkalis, petroleum products, sulphur, tos solvents, water, sea water etc. Uses include steel fabrications and reinforcements, floors, walls and soffits, marine and sewage works, chemical industries, refineries,warehouse storage areas, plus industrial factory areas.Whether coating, lining, bonding or sealing, this two-component epoxy can withstand harsh, acidic environments, including prolonged immersion in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid for years.

Two pack system consisting of A and B. It can be supplied in 2OL Multiple Pack set
Storage
Store under ware house conditions, in the original unopened packs. Shelf life: 12 months under conditions below 45°C.
