Elastomeric Waterproof Coating

ElastoSeal is a fluid-applied, white, flexible waterproof, and UV-protective coating formulated with acrylic elastomeric resin which forms a membrane of protection that expands and contracts. ElastoSeal is specifically formulated and designed as a part of the ORGANIX EXTREME ROOF-COMBO SYSTEM and is to be used over the SPRAY ON POLYURETHANE FOAM INSULATION as a waterproofing UV resistant protection and later to be covered by other multiple layers. It will not crack, crumble, or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement.

Application

Part of the COMBO system and use above the Spray-On Polyurethane Foam Insulation. Unique ‘bleed blocking’ properties make it particularly suited for coatings over popcorn surfaced polyurethane foam insulation. ElastoSeal remains flexible beneath the surface, bridging cracks and moving with the building structures. ElastoSeal 100 % Acrylic Elastomeric coating cures harder than traditional elastomeric coatings on the outermost surface, giving this product much better resistance to dirt accumulation.

Storage

Store materials under covered roof with careful handling to prevent damage to products. If conditions exceed these ranges, special consideration in storage must be taken. Do not store at high temperatures in direct sunlight. Shelf life under normal conditions in closed container will be 12 months.

Warranty

As a part of the ORGANIX EXTREME ROOF-COMBO on pre approved, qualified applications, when use an approved applicator, a 25-year warranty is available. Contact OBS for complete warranty information.
