DryTex CEMAR 800

CEMAR 800 is an extremely advanced eco friendly urethane and butadiene polymerized liquid elastomeric membrane that contains root inhibiting additives. It adheres firmly to the surface forming a seamless durable fast
drying waterproof and anti-root film preventing the penetration of roots. It is specially applicable for the waterproofing surfaces where root resistance is required like planters, and roof gardens. Designed for multi projects where Anti Root properties are required. Features excellent adhesion, the material dries to a tough seamless flexible membrane. It exhibits excellent elongation and recovery properties.

CEMAR 800 can be used:

• Terrace gardens, planters and roof gardens.
• Waterproofing underground garages and other structures which are covered with soil.
• Against ground humidity and leakage in foundations. Foundation piles, Retaining walls and Curtain walls. Galleries, drainage and water channels.
• Waterproofing surfaces where root resistance is required.

• Store under cover out of direct sunlight and protect from extreme of temperatures
• In tropical climate the product must be stored in temperature controlled area.
• Shelf life up to 12 months when stored as above
