Acrylic Modified Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing
DRYTEX CEM2P is a high-performance solution among advanced Cementitious waterproofing materials, designed as an acrylic polymer-modified, flexible elastomeric system for reliable protection. It is ideal for both positive and negative waterproofing of concrete structures in new construction as well as restoration projects.
This versatile product is widely used in water and wastewater tanks, secondary containment structures, tunnels, concrete slabs, bathrooms, retaining walls, and swimming pools—especially in areas where high flexibility is required, such as wastewater treatment facilities. As one of the most effective Cementitious waterproofing materials, it ensures strong adhesion, crack-bridging capability, and long-lasting waterproofing performance.
DRYTEX CEM2P is supplied as a cementitious slurry mortar with dry Component A and liquid Component B. When mixed, it forms a durable and flexible coating, making it a reliable choice for demanding cementitious waterproofing materials applications.

Application
Wet the surface with water prior to the cementitious waterproofing application to have optimum bonding. Can be applied conventionally by brush, roller or spray equipment. It is recommended to apply first coat by brush to obtain optimum adhesion. DRYTEX CEM2P Waterproofing Membrane has excellent high build properties, and can be built up to 2000 micron wet in one application. However from a curing point of view and dependant on weather conditions at the time of application, it is more pertinent to apply and build up the membrane in two or more coats, to allow quicker cure in each stage. The thicker the application the longer the cure
