Foamed (cellular) concrete features densities ranging from 500 kg/m³ to 1600 kg/m³ and compressive strengths from less than 1 N/mm² to 25 N/mm². Our high-quality foaming agents have been successfully used in various applications worldwide, including block production, precast panels, in-situ concrete, decorative concrete, and void filling.

Foam concrete is created by introducing a uniform structure of fine air bubbles into a concrete mix comprising cement, water, and optionally sand. The air content is precisely controlled by adjusting the amount of foam added. This foam is produced from a specially formulated liquid concentrate using a foam generator, ensuring consistency and performance.

Storage

Store materials between 40°-90°F with careful handling to prevent damage to
products. If conditions exceed these ranges, special consideration in storage must be taken. Do not store at high temperatures in direct sunlight. Shelf life under normal conditions in closed container will be 12 months.
