DryTex ElastoSeal

ElastoSeal is a high-performance Elastomeric Waterproof Coating designed to provide superior flexibility, durability, and UV protection. Formulated with advanced acrylic elastomeric resin, it creates a seamless membrane that expands and contracts with surface movement, ensuring long-lasting waterproofing without cracking or peeling.

This Elastomeric Waterproof Coating is specially developed as part of the ORGANIX EXTREME ROOF-COMBO SYSTEM and is applied over spray-on polyurethane foam insulation to deliver enhanced waterproofing and UV-resistant protection. Its strong adhesion and weather resistance make it ideal for roofs exposed to harsh environmental conditions, ensuring reliable performance even under extreme temperature changes and structural movement.

Part of the COMBO system and used above the Spray-On Polyurethane Foam Insulation. Unique ‘bleed blocking’ properties make it particularly suited for coatings over popcorn surfaced polyurethane foam insulation. ElastoSeal remains flexible beneath the surface, bridging cracks and moving with the building structures. ElastoSeal 100 % Acrylic Elastomeric coating cures harder than traditional elastomeric coatings on the outermost surface, giving this product much better resistance to dirt accumulation.
