Natural Quartz – Optimize Bon
BQ is a highly durable natural quartz that incorporates DryTex series Coatings, PrimeBond series Primer, FloorFort series coatings, and primers. The system provides coating solutions for the most demanding heavy environments, specifically in areas that require significant traction. A uniform quartz coating /primer system that creates a highly durable ideal for heavy-duty applications, where to maximize the bonding strength of finishing materials over the coatings. UV-stable quartz granules provide a high-traction, attractive finish.

The surface should be dry , firm and free from any foreign material.
Application (1)
Priming:
Prime the fully prepared surface with PRIMEBOND series or FLOORFORT series primer
Broadcast the Quartz at a yield of 2kg/Sq.m in to the still-wet primer as a bonding coat. As a bonding coat over the DryTex series waterproofing system or the FloorFort series coating system for the subsequent stone /tiles.
Coating System (2)
Apply two or three coats of DryTex waterproof coating over the prepared substrate Broad cast Quartz over the still wet coating to create maximum bonding strength for the subsequent stones or tiles
Mix part A (resin) and part B (hardener) separately for 3 minutes using a speed drill fitted with a paddle to get even consistency. Apply the ready mix soon after mixing.

Storage
Store under ware house conditions, in the original unopened packs. Shelf life: 12 months under conditions below 45°C.
