MIXING

Substrate preparation:

Cleaning the surface manually or Power wash and insure that the surface is clean and free of dirt, grease, oil and debris. Remove all mold and mildew. 

FLOOR FITREL-Epoxy Filler Application:

The cracks have to be repaired by FITREL EPOXY FILLER.

Application of FloorFort Prime:

• Prime the fully prepared surface with the well mixed given primer FLOORFORT PRIME
• The primer should be applied in a thin, evenly distributed, continuous film, using a short or medium pile roller depending on the substrate profile. 

Application of FloorFort EF:

• Apply by pouring out well blended FLOORFORT EF, then spread evenly to the desired thickness using a roller, wiper or notched trowel.
• Apply the ready mix soon after the mixing. Apply at desired thickness of min 2.5mm total possible depending on requirements. And coverage approx. 5 sq.m/Kit. Coverage rate will be depending upon the substrate
